At the age of 40 it was one of my goals to compete in a Power Lifting competition and obtain a 1000Lb total across 3 lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift. Well I have just crossed that one off my bucket list and finished the Rogue 1000Lb Challenge. Here are my totals with a time stamp after each to find each lift in the YouTube video.
Squat - 360lbs (27:15)
Bench Press - 300lbs (47:00)
Deadlift - 465Lbs (1:11:56)
Total= 1125Lbs
